1. M-UTS Scheme
- M-UTS Sahayaks are engaged by Railways at identified stations to support timely disbursal of unreserved tickets in addition to Railway ticket counters.
- An individual can be engaged at only one station. A declaration must be given during application.
- Applicants from the same district as the station will be given preference. If none are available, neighbouring districts may be considered.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old and should have passed 10th standard.
- Retired Railway staff must not be dismissed/removed for misconduct. Declaration is required.
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of the district where the station is located.
- Selected applicants must produce a police verification certificate confirming no criminal record.

M-UTS Sahayak will receive bonus similar to ATVM facilitators:
- 3% for journeys up to 150 km
- 2% for journeys between 151 km and 500 km
- 1% for journeys beyond 500 km
The bonus amount will be automatically credited to the Advance Ticket Deposit account of the M-UTS agent.
- Preference is given to retired Railway employees. If more retired employees apply, selection will be by draw of lots. If none, general public applications will be considered similarly.
